Dr. Jun Yin is a Computational Biologist and the Bioinformatics Project Lead for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases therapeutic target discovery platform in Amgen Inc.. He applies integrative genomics technologies, including transcriptomics, proteomics, human genetics and molecular pathway information to enhance target discovery, biomarker identification and toxicogenomics. He leads and supports several drug target discovery, optimization and late development projects, including Bispecific T-cell Engager (BiTE), Neoantigen, and oncolytic virus IMLYGIC for cancer therapies, and multiple projects for cardiovascular and metabolic diseases therapies. Prior to joining Amgen, Dr. Yin received Postdoctoral training in Yale University on genomics and epigenomics. Dr. Jun Yin has published several research articles in the top scientific journals, including Science, Cell and PNAS.
