On November 17, 2014, an evening of data “blitzes” on stem cell science will be presented at the 11th Annual Christopher Reeve Satellite Symposium at the Society for Neuroscience (SFN). The Symposium is a three-hour event with presentations by thought leaders delivered in a rapid, enjoyable, no-nonsense fashion with the latest controversies and insights in stem cell biology—with emphasis on fundamental biology.
The Symposium has become an annual event that bears the name of Christopher Reeves, to honor his advocacy for neuroscience (particularly stem cell research) and his close ties to the SFN. It has become the most highly attended satellite symposium at SFN, attracting up to 1,000 attendees.
What: “Hot Topics” in Stem Cell Biology When: Monday, November 17, 2014, 6:30 p.m. Where: Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, D.C., Room 146AB
