Mission
The DEIB Council develops and oversees the Institute’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. Our mission is to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace, promote institute-wide awareness of DEIB best practices, and continuously monitor our progress toward these goals.

We want to discover better together with the insights, abilities and experiences that only a diverse and inclusive team can deliver.
The Council is composed of three committees and a team: Education and Training, Learning, Recruitment and the Cancer Center DEI Team. Together, we strive to maintain an equitable environment where our faculty, trainees and staff can thrive.
