Paul R. Kaufmann

Paul is an accomplished semiconductor equipment veteran with medium to large-scale enterprises. His expertise is working through transformational challenges where growth and complexity require changes to global planning, systems, and processes to enhance business value. He has a knowledge and passion aligning transformational strategies, planning, organizational development, and corporate governance with scalable infrastructure enabling senior executives to improve executional capabilities, profitability, asset performance, and cash flow. Paul is retired and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego City Employee Retirement System, The Sanford Burnham Prebys Community Advisory Board, the Blackhorse Homeowners Association Board of Directors, and is an Adjunct Professor at Brandman University’s School of Business.
