Stan brings more than 20 years of facilities management leadership experience across manufacturing, defense contracting and life sciences and biotechnology environments. He has overseen complex building portfolios, capital planning initiatives and facilities operations, with a focus on operational excellence, safety, reliability and support for mission-critical operations.
Before transitioning to the private sector, Stan served in the U.S. Navy, where he held senior engineering and operations roles managing large-scale infrastructure, maintenance programs and capital modernization efforts in high-risk, 24/7 operating environments.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Stan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and holds a Certified Facility Manager designation from the International Facility Management Association.
