Tja Owens, BSc, is the Associate Director of Administration and is responsible for administrative oversight of all CCSG-related matters. She provides fiscal guidance in short and long-term strategic planning, as well as reporting and providing analytical support by overseeing the CCSG budget and monitoring the financial aspects of the Shared Resources.
Tja joined Sanford Burnham Prebys in 2013, most recently serving as the Lead of Research Administrative Services. Prior to joining the Institute, she served as a Contracting & Compliance Analyst at SDSU Research Foundation.
Tja received her BSc in Biology from San Diego State University.
