Dr. Jon Covel is Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry and the Director of the Medicinal Chemistry Core within the Center for Therapeutics Discovery (CTD) at Sanford Burnham Prebys.
Jon joined Sanford Burnham Prebys in 2019 and brings over 20 years of expertise in small-molecule drug discovery, including the rewarding experience of seeing several of his projects advance to clinical trials and to patients.
